A Texas government authority is seeking a qualified firm to serve as Construction Manager at Risk, providing a comprehensive range of preconstruction, construction, engineering, and support services. Key responsibilities include delivering preconstruction planning, managing construction operations, and coordinating support roles such as field and office staff.
The scope encompasses geotechnical engineering, materials testing, surveying, project management, field engineering, quality control, and safety management. The selected firm will also be responsible for administrative support, payroll processing, and securing necessary insurance coverage including workmen's compensation and auto insurance.
