The selected firm will be awarded a preconstruction services contract, with the potential for a subsequent construction contract, pending project advancement.
Responsibilities include mitigating risks, optimizing the project schedule, streamlining the design process, and ensuring the project adheres to established budget parameters. The construction manager is expected to evaluate design concepts for constructability and propose innovative solutions to reduce costs and maintain high quality throughout all project phases.
