A government authority in Larimer, Colorado seeks qualified firms to provide construction manager and general contractor services for a new multi-use recreation center. The project encompasses the full spectrum of work, including feasibility study, master planning, design coordination, and construction of the recreation facility.
The planned center will feature a competition/lap pool with eight lanes, a one-meter diving board, and spectator seating.
