The organization is seeking a vendor to provide a construction management software solution designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of managing capital improvement projects, including those funded by grants. The software should offer a single, centralized platform for accessing all essential project information, supporting streamlined tracking and management of projects.

Key requirements include integration with project scheduling tools for task tracking, resource allocation, and milestone management, as well as the ability to oversee separate contracts related to a single project (such as design, construction, and testing). The solution must support management of large volumes of documents featuring version control, document linking, and redlining capabilities. Seamless collaboration is a priority, with real-time tools for both internal teams and external stakeholders, including mobile access for field operations.

The software should facilitate comprehensive financial tracking, including budgeting, cost management, and forecasting, and must offer API integration with external systems such as financial tools, scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project), and document management platforms. Automated workflows, customizable dashboards, user-friendly reporting, and analytics tools are required to provide real-time insights and predictive analytics for project forecasting and risk management. The initial contract will be for one year.
