The city of Chandler, Arizona is seeking a vendor to provide construction management services for fiber-to-the-home inspection projects. The selected provider will deliver professional support for the Telecommunications and Utility Franchise (TUF) program. Services required may include engineering plan review, permit review, on-site construction inspection, construction management support, and coordination services associated with utility and telecommunications initiatives.
The scope of work encompasses oversight and management of activities within public rights-of-way and public utility easements, addressing an increasing volume of utility and broadband infrastructure projects. These projects involve fiber-optic and fiber-to-the-home installations, utility relocations, joint trench installations, and related construction throughout the city. The contract term will be for a duration of four years.
