DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Cambridge, Massachusetts is seeking a vendor to provide Construction Management at Risk (CMaR) services for an upcoming project. The selected firm will be responsible for delivering comprehensive construction management throughout all project phases, including obtaining and paying for all necessary construction-related permits, furnishing required bonds and insurance, and providing as well as maintaining construction site offices for both CM at Risk and City staff.
