Construction Management Services and Industry Analytics

This notice seeks to identify potential sources capable of providing Construction Management Services (CMS) and Industry Analytics for the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Enterprise, which includes all regional Facilities Engineering Commands and their subordinate units. The goal is to support high-value projects, particularly within the Mega–Project or Strategic Mega–Project category, encompassing Military Construction (MILCON) and other initiatives ranging from $10 million to $10 billion.

Required services may involve construction site visits and inspections, construction administration and access coordination, quality assurance support, safety program audits, stakeholder communication, request for information and submittal reviews, schedule analysis, cost engineering, change management, management of performance guarantees and liquidated damages, commissioning system inspections, program management support, procurement and contract administration, and enterprise program management coordination. The focus is to ensure that all construction, renovation, and engineering projects meet budget, schedule, and the highest standards of quality and safety.
