DESCRIPTION

The Englewood Downtown Development Authority is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive construction management services throughout the preconstruction, construction, and project closeout phases. The selected provider will serve as an extension of the agency and help ensure that the project is delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and applicable standards.

Preconstruction responsibilities include reviewing project plans, specifications, and design documents for constructability and gaps; preparing cost estimates, value engineering, and budget verification; and assisting with project schedules, governance and decision-making protocols, phasing plans, and construction sequencing.
