A government authority located in Yonkers, New York is seeking vendors to provide construction management services on an on-call, work-order basis. The scope of work may include new construction, maintenance, or renovation of facilities or infrastructure owned or managed by the agency.
Required services include pre-construction tasks such as reviewing design plans for conflicts and omissions, verifying submittal reviews between contractor and design engineer, collaborating with agency contractors to prepare project schedules, and organizing pre-construction meetings. During the construction phase, the selected vendor will act as the primary point of contact, lead coordination activities, conduct daily inspections and reporting, schedule testing, attend weekly site meetings, and review monthly payment requisitions.
