Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
A government authority in Long Beach, California is seeking vendors to provide construction management services and expert consulting for several upcoming projects. These projects include the Taxiway F Realignment & Reconstruction, which involves narrowing Taxiway F from 100 feet to 75 feet to enhance visual distinction from Runway 26L and relocating its centerline to improve separation from adjacent leasehold aprons. The goal is to ensure clear physical separation between movement and non-movement areas.
Additional projects encompass Security Screening Checkpoint Improvements, focusing on updating the current Transportation Security Administration screening facility for outbound passengers, and Terminal Networking Main Point of Entry (MPOE) Improvements, which will expand and upgrade the physical data room in the basement of the historic Terminal Building. This includes new flooring, walls, lighting, as well as mechanical, electrical, security, and IT enhancements. The scope also calls for removal of unused infrastructure and reconfiguration of active systems to enhance efficiency and organization.
The contract will be for a one-year period. Potential vendors are expected to attend a pre-bid meeting scheduled for April 9, 2026, and submit any questions by April 23, 2026.
