A government authority in Washington seeks qualified vendors to provide comprehensive construction management services. The selected contractor will supply a Construction Inspector to assist city staff with daily field inspections, monitor and track certified payroll, and conduct employee wage interviews. Responsibilities include coordinating project schedules and working days with contractors, as well as capturing pre-construction, construction, and post-construction photographs and videos.
The contractor will also manage public notifications and coordinate construction activities with residents and local businesses. Close coordination with the Project Manager is essential to ensure all required documentation is provided for each project stage. In addition, the scope of work encompasses assisting in compiling the punch list and conducting final inspections to ensure project completion according to specifications. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by April 8, 2026.
