DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Waterford, Michigan is seeking qualified vendors to provide construction management services for facility and infrastructure improvements funded through bond proceeds. The construction manager will play a pivotal role in planning, estimating, and delivering projects to meet quality expectations and act as an extension of the capital planning and design division.
