DESCRIPTION

A government authority in California is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive construction management services for an upcoming project. Responsibilities include ensuring that the project is delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget, while minimizing disruption to residents and roadway users. The vendor will conduct and lead pre-construction meetings and review contractors’ construction schedules, traffic control plans, and work plans.

Key duties include monitoring and ensuring contractor compliance with plans, specifications, and contract requirements. The vendor must provide qualified inspectors to document daily construction activities, inspect ADA curb ramps for compliance, monitor utility adjustments, inspect striping and pavement markings, and coordinate all materials testing with a third-party laboratory.
