DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will provide comprehensive construction management services for a government authority in California. Responsibilities include conducting pre-construction and regularly scheduled construction meetings, ensuring thorough documentation of meeting discussions, work status, and responsibilities.
The vendor will coordinate construction activities with residents, local businesses, and affected property parcels, and will be responsible for preparing and recommending progress payments. Additional duties involve identifying potential claims during the construction process, recommending resolutions, managing all construction administrative tasks such as correspondence and document control, and providing final inspection services.
Upon project completion, the selected vendor will handle project closeout activities, including the preparation of the final construction project report.
