DESCRIPTION


The government authority located in Daytona Beach, Florida is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive construction management services. The project includes both preconstruction and construction phases for a new 58,000 gross square foot (GSF) building.

Additional scope of work covers the construction of a second-floor bridge connector to an existing building (Building 150), façade and interior upgrades to Building 150, as well as modifications to the parking lot. These parking enhancements aim to deliver a net increase of 75–95 surface parking spaces.

The selected construction management firm will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the project to ensure successful delivery, adherence to project specifications, and integration with existing structures.
