The selected construction manager will be responsible for reviewing architectural plans and specifications, offering recommendations to optimize constructability and project outcomes.
Key responsibilities include preparing all necessary documentation to secure approvals from the commission on human rights and opportunities, establishing pre-qualification standards for all trade bids, and overseeing the bidding process to select subcontractors and material suppliers.
