The selected firm will review project files and plans, including quantity calculations, memorandums to the resident engineer, geotechnical reports, hydraulic studies, and discovery plans. Responsibilities also include preparing a tentative schedule that outlines construction stages, utility relocations, required notification timelines for permits and agreements, and a list of items to be submitted by the contractor for review and approval.
