SUMMARY

Maryland is seeking a vendor to support construction management, project controls, and claims analysis for a government authority, including schedule review, analytics, and reporting.

DESCRIPTION

A government authority in Maryland seeks a vendor to deliver construction management, project controls, and claims analysis support services. The responsibilities will include reviewing contractor submittals (excluding those from the Designer of Record), tracking deficiencies and monitoring corrective actions, and reviewing payment requests.

The vendor will participate in and document the three-phase inspection process, conduct detailed analyses of contractor CPM schedules—such as critical path and logic analysis, schedule impact analysis related to contract changes, and review REAs and claims involving delay and concurrency. Further tasks include developing and maintaining resource-loaded and cost-loaded schedules, facilitating schedule reviews with Project Delivery Teams, processing schedule updates and changes, and maintaining SOPs and scheduling templates.

Additional duties involve analyzing project data quality metrics, developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, and producing executive-level schedule narratives and reports.
