NASA's Information Technology Procurement Office is seeking information from qualified vendors to provide, configure, and support a cloud-based Construction Management Enterprise Tool (CoMET) for use across all NASA centers. The goal is to acquire a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solution that can manage capital programs and projects, accompanied by system administration and technical support to ensure effective implementation and ongoing operations for the Office of Strategic Infrastructure.
The scope of work encompasses configuration, integration, and administration of an enterprise-wide software-as-a-service solution. This includes requirements for hosting, licensing, data architecture, integration, testing, training, maintenance, and remote support services for all NASA centers. Vendors will be expected to offer a FedRAMP-certified solution and demonstrate relevant past performance on projects of similar scope and complexity.
Interested parties should provide a capability statement illustrating their qualifications, experience with comparable contracts, FedRAMP status, and pricing estimations for the proposed solution. The information gathered will inform NASA's approach to competition and small business participation for the future solicitation.
