DESCRIPTION


A government entity located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is seeking qualified vendors to provide construction management at-risk services. Responsibilities include participating in pre-construction activities throughout all design and construction phases. This encompasses attending and participating in project meetings with the public agency and architect, conducting cost estimates, recommending construction phasing and sequencing, reviewing design for constructability and material availability or substitutions, and providing value engineering.

Additional tasks consist of drafting subcontractor prequalification criteria, preparing subcontractor bid packages and contracts, managing bonds, creating detailed construction schedules, projecting construction costs, and recommending efficient construction means and methods.
