A government authority in Odessa, Texas is seeking qualified firms to provide construction management at risk (CMAR) services for a comprehensive modernization and expansion of the district's transportation operations. This initiative is part of a district-wide effort funded through a voter-approved bond program.
The selected firm will oversee planning, programming, and design services for a new Transportation Facility, addressing current site inadequacies and improving vehicular access and circulation. The project involves the renovation and expansion of Building 5 to serve as the primary facility. The site’s existing infrastructure—including overhead electrical service, multiple on-site water wells, and a septic waste system—will remain active throughout the project. In addition, the scope includes new asphalt paving in the northwest area for staff parking, as well as additional paving for bus parking and traffic flows.
