DESCRIPTION


A government authority in Boston, MA is seeking a qualified provider for construction management at risk services to oversee major building upgrades. This project will involve the replacement of the existing four-boiler system with a high-efficiency geothermal system, installation of energy-efficient casement-style windows, enhancement of the mechanical heating, cooling, and ventilation distribution systems, and improvements to the building’s roof membrane and insulation.
