A government authority in Washington, DC is seeking vendors to provide Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) services for the rehabilitation and construction of large-diameter sanitary sewer infrastructure. The project focuses on interceptors and tunnels with diameters ranging from 30 to 96 inches.
Vendors will be responsible for the design, establishment, and operation of high-capacity bypass pumping systems capable of handling 40 to 150 million gallons per day (MGD) over distances exceeding one mile.
