DESCRIPTION


A government authority in Manteca, California is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive construction management and inspection services. The selected project manager will be responsible for coordinating all consultant operations with the city, tracking the progress of work, and administering subcontracts.

The scope of work includes providing construction management oversight, on-site project observation, and day-to-day inspection of all construction activities.
