A government authority in Calabasas, CA is seeking qualified firms to provide as-needed construction management and inspection services for various projects. The scope of work covers both new construction and upgrades related to potable water, recycled water, and sanitation (wastewater) services managed through separate enterprise funds.
The selected consultant will deliver construction management and inspection services on an on-call basis, supporting multiple projects as assigned. Responsibilities include maintaining photographic records within inspection reports, with each image labeled, dated, and described appropriately. Construction managers and inspectors will be required to document hours worked per project and ensure detailed recordkeeping.
Additional duties include coordinating project phasing, scheduling, sequencing of construction activities, and reviewing construction drawings and specifications. The contract is anticipated to span one year. Questions regarding the opportunity must be submitted by February 13, 2026, and a non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for February 11, 2026.
