The Town of Windsor, California is seeking qualified firms to provide construction management, inspection, and materials testing services for its secondary treatment system upgrades project. The selected firm will deliver engineering consulting support throughout all phases of the project, ensuring high standards of quality control and compliance with contract requirements.
Responsibilities include designating an experienced construction manager with a proven track record on similar upgrade projects, and overseeing pre-construction activities such as reviewing contract documents to identify potential challenges and critical project paths. The firm will be expected to coordinate and maintain detailed construction cost records, prepare and communicate lists of all required contractor submittals and critical due dates, and attend all necessary pre-construction, utility coordination, field, and progress meetings.
Additional duties involve documenting pre-construction site conditions through photographs, and supplying accurate measurements and records to support completion of as-built and record drawings. Interested parties are advised that any questions regarding the project must be submitted by February 12, 2026.
