A government authority in Elmira, California is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive construction management and inspection services. The selected firm will be responsible for assisting with project planning, scheduling, and addressing construction-related issues throughout the duration of the project.
Key responsibilities include monitoring and verifying contractor compliance with contract documents, city requirements, applicable laws, and current industry standards.
