The City of West Sacramento, CA is seeking a qualified vendor to provide construction management and inspection services for park improvement projects. The selected firm will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, reviewing and documenting communications with the contractor, and coordinating the procurement of long-lead materials and equipment necessary for early purchase.
Key responsibilities include verifying daily inspection reports, documenting construction progress, notifying city staff of any issues that require resolution, and reviewing traffic control plans in coordination with the city project manager. The vendor will assist with claims analysis and dispute resolution, ensure adherence to safety and traffic control plans, and conduct source inspections for electrical materials as needed.
