Avoid unsolicited contact with Washington County personnel outside of designated RFP Project Managers
Submit proposals electronically AND via mail/courier
Deliver three bound hard copies in a sealed package
CMa Proposal Submissions due by March 27, 2026, 2:00 PM
Comply with Minnesota Statute 181.59 regarding nondiscrimination
Comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and ordinances
No firearms allowed on County premises or while acting on behalf of County
No subcontracting or assignment without prior written County approval
Pay subcontractors within 10 days of receipt of payment from County
Comply with Minnesota Government Data Practices Act
Maintain all books, records, documents, and accounting procedures for six years from contract termination
Defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the County against liability, loss, costs, damages, and expenses
Maintain Commercial General Liability insurance of $1,500,000 per occurrence / $3,000,000 aggregate
Maintain Professional Liability insurance of $2,000,000 per wrongful act / $4,000,000 annual aggregate
Maintain Automobile coverage of $1,500,000 combined single limit
Maintain Worker's Compensation in statutory amount ($500,000 each accident, $500,000 each employee, $500,000 policy limit)
List Washington County as additional insured on Commercial General Liability and Automobile Liability policies
Furnish current and valid proof of insurance certificate
Certify not presently debarred, suspended, or excluded from transacting business with any governmental entity
Certify no convictions or civil judgments for fraud, criminal offenses, antitrust violations, embezzlement, theft, forgery, bribery, falsification or destruction of records within the last three years
Certify not presently indicted or criminally/civilly charged for fraud, criminal offenses, antitrust violations, embezzlement, theft, forgery, bribery, falsification or destruction of records
Certify no knowledge of subcontractor violations of certifications
Immediately notify Contract manager of any investigation for fraud, criminal offense, antitrust violation, embezzlement, theft, forgery, bribery, falsification of records, making false statements, or receiving stolen property
Comply with all state and federal Occupational Safety and Health regulations and laws
Ensure chemical dispensers/applicators are clearly marked and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are displayed
Remove all supplies, chemicals, etc., from County premises and dispose of them properly
Prohibit drinking alcoholic beverages, using controlled substances, or smoking on County property
Responsible for securing County facilities after hours
Personnel must produce identification and wear a visitor/contractor approved badge in County buildings
Take precautions to maintain security of County buildings and privacy of data
