The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Office of Multifamily Housing is seeking qualified firms to provide onsite construction inspection services for multifamily housing projects. These services will involve conducting inspections for both new construction and significant rehabilitation projects, ensuring compliance with HUD requirements at various stages of the construction or rehabilitation process.
Inspection tasks are to be performed at multifamily housing construction sites across five U.S. regions: Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, Southwest, and West, encompassing a broad range of states and territories. The collected field and site data will support HUD in making critical decisions related to the construction and rehabilitation phases of multifamily mortgage insurance underwriting and capital advance programs.
This request is part of a market research effort and does not guarantee participation in future contracts. There is no promise of a forthcoming solicitation at this stage.
