The Federal Highway Administration, Central Federal Lands Highway Division (CFLHD), plans to solicit and award multiple Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for non-personal construction project management, inspection, and administrative support services covering all phases of construction projects. These contracts will support engineering and construction projects in various states, including Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Kansas, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming, on behalf of agencies such as the National Park Service, USDA Forest Service, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Bureau of Indian Affairs and Tribal Governments, Bureau of Land Management, Department of Defense, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and the Bureau of Reclamation.
The total shared capacity of the contracts will be $100 million, and about five IDIQ awards are anticipated, including one set aside for a qualified small business. The contracts will span a total of five years and will require onsite consulting personnel including Contracting Officer's Technical Advisers, Construction Inspectors, and related engineering professionals. Projects will involve construction and rehabilitation of roadways, bridges, and trails, often in remote locations. Interested offerors are advised that the procurement will be competitive and categorized under NAICS code 541330.
