The government authority in Dearborn, Michigan is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive construction engineering services. The scope of work includes Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) milling and resurfacing, concrete pavement patching and conditioning, and the temporary lowering, adjustment, and repair of storm and sewer structures.
Additional responsibilities encompass upgrades to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), including ramps, curb ramp openings, and sidewalks, as well as concrete curb cap patching, landscaping, and site restoration. Vendors will also be expected to manage both temporary and permanent traffic control measures—such as signing and pavement marking—as well as soil erosion and sedimentation control. The services required may also involve signage fabrication and testing, and Railroad Right of Entry (ROE) application management when necessary.
