Construction Engineering Services

A government authority located in Wayne, Michigan, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide construction engineering, inspection, and related services through a three-year contract. The scope of services includes comprehensive construction engineering, material testing, and inspection, as well as project meeting coordination, measurement and documentation of quantities, reporting and record keeping, and processing of progress pay estimates. The selected firm will be expected to finalize all project-related documentation.

Additional responsibilities involve temporary lowering of storm and sewer structures, landscaping and restoration work, and overseeing both temporary and permanent traffic control measures for signing and pavement marking. The contractor will handle signage fabrication and testing, implement soil erosion and sedimentation controls, and coordinate effectively with local, state, and federal agencies.
