DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Bellaire, Texas seeks a qualified vendor to provide construction cost estimating services on an as-needed basis for Harris Health construction projects. The successful firm will deliver cost estimation consulting for a variety of construction projects, supporting the government with expert insights during all project phases.
