DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Victoria, Texas is seeking an independent, third-party provider for construction building commissioning services. These services will begin during the submittal review and construction phases and continue through system acceptance and post-occupancy, as applicable.

The selected vendor will be responsible for reviewing system selection and control sequences, developing a Draft Commissioning Plan, and overseeing both interior and exterior lighting control systems, as well as emergency and egress lighting control systems. Responsibilities include providing submittal reviews concurrent with the A/E’s reviews, conducting site visits and generating observation reports, and leading commissioning meetings with comprehensive meeting minutes.
