The government authority in Victoria, Texas is seeking an independent, third-party provider for construction building commissioning services. These services will begin during the submittal review and construction phases and continue through system acceptance and post-occupancy, as applicable.
The selected vendor will be responsible for reviewing system selection and control sequences, developing a Draft Commissioning Plan, and overseeing both interior and exterior lighting control systems, as well as emergency and egress lighting control systems. Responsibilities include providing submittal reviews concurrent with the A/E’s reviews, conducting site visits and generating observation reports, and leading commissioning meetings with comprehensive meeting minutes. The vendor must also develop and implement procedures for tracking all commissioning-related issues, deficiencies, and resolutions through an issue log.
Additionally, the provider will ensure access to commissioning process and document storage software for the required period, offering unlimited access for project users along with necessary training and support.
