Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The organization seeks a vendor to provide a constituent resource management (CRM) system tailored to support multi-campus operations and data-driven analytics for new student recruitment. The solution should facilitate the development of a CRM strategy utilizing technology that allows seamless integration with various systems of record, analytics tools, and databases in use by the agency.
Key features should include an application with payment and document management functions that are browser-agnostic, mobile-friendly, and equipped with a customizable, branded self-service interface (such as a portal or webpage). The platform must support an online application process, admitted student checklists, and the ability for users to view awards and scholarships, all optimized for mobile devices.
Additionally, the CRM system should offer a dynamic and user-friendly dashboard, enabling users to customize its appearance and feature sets including custom analytics, recent reports, saved searches and records, application review readiness, and upcoming meetings. All administrative and user-facing functions, such as event registration and portals, must be compatible with both mobile and desktop browsers. The initial contract period is set for three years.
