A vendor is sought to provide consolidated strategy and plan services in Michigan. The selected consultant will be responsible for preparing plans in accordance with Consolidated Plan regulations as well as any other pertinent rules, regulations, or guidance. These plans must include all necessary data, charts, and maps to ensure comprehensive documentation and compliance.
The process will utilize the e–con Planning Suite, which provides analytical tools to support both needs analysis and strategic decision-making required for the Consolidated Plan. Economic development and planning efforts must make use of the con plan template within the Integrated Disbursement and Information System (IDIS). Consultants should demonstrate familiarity with these platforms and regulatory requirements.
