DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Everett, Washington seeks qualified vendors to provide conservation and natural resources consultant services. Services may include drainage, water quality, water crossings, landscape architecture with an emphasis on park and public space planning, public outreach, and comprehensive design from concept through construction. Additionally, the consultant will conduct process-based analysis of rivers, streams, and nearshore areas, evaluating natural processes, identifying problems, and recommending potential capital improvements.

Other responsibilities include low-impact development (LID) and water quality facilities analysis, modeling, design, and construction administration support. The selected firm will facilitate public outreach processes and presentations, provide geomorphic analysis and design, and deliver water crossing structure design. This contract is set for a three-year period, with all vendor questions due by March 24, 2026.
