The State of Michigan is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive Consent Management Platform (CMP) solution. The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering CMP licensing for both primary and subdomains, as well as implementing and deploying consent scripts across digital properties.
Key requirements include customization options such as branding, API integration, and the addition of supplementary features. The platform must include core functionalities such as a centralized dashboard, cookie scanner, and policy manager. Optional add-ons may include accessibility compliance, localization, and policy automation to better meet the needs of diverse users.
Vendors should also ensure robust data retention capabilities, specifically the secure storage of consent logs and audit data. Ongoing technical support, system updates, and maintenance are required throughout the three-year contract period. Questions regarding the project must be submitted by January 6, 2026.
