DESCRIPTION
This RFP seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive conference production services in Ireland for a three-year contract period. The scope includes end-to-end event production planning and coordination, development of production schedules and run-of-show, as well as liaison services with venues, speakers, exhibitors, and stakeholders.
The selected provider will handle event branding and creative requirements, such as the design and production of stage backdrops, banners, signage, digital assets for screens and presentations, and branded speaker templates. Logistics will encompass equipment delivery, installation, removal, speaker support (including microphones, monitors, clickers), and audience engagement tools.
Audio-visual services must be provided, including stage design and build if necessary, professional lighting, sound, projection, and display systems, along with recording and live streaming services.
