DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Des Moines, Iowa is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive concrete services. Required tasks include demolition and removal of old concrete, concrete repairs such as saw-cutting and removal of damaged sections, site preparation including excavation and grading, and concrete pour back and finishing.

Vendors must also be able to form areas for concrete pours, install and compact suitable bases (e.g., sand, gravel, crushed rock), and set or tie rebar and mesh as required. Additional responsibilities involve placing concrete accurately, applying specified finishes (leveling, floating, troweling, or texturing), and installing expansion and control joints.
