Seeking a vendor to provide concession rights services in New Jersey.

Comply with New Jersey Affirmative Action requirements (N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27).
Submit a copy of the New Jersey Business Registration Certificate.
Provide a $1,000.00 cash security deposit.
Submit bids on official forms, fully completed, with numbers stated in writing and figures, and signed by an authorized representative.
Include a bid guarantee of 10% of the bid, not exceeding $5,000.00, in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond.
Provide a performance security deposit of 10% of the bid, not exceeding $5,000.00.
Furnish Certificates of Insurance for Workers' Compensation, Comprehensive General Liability ($1,000,000 combined single limit), Contractual Liability, Comprehensive Automobile Liability ($1,000,000 combined single limit), and Fire and Products Insurance ($100,000.00).
Name the Township of Cranford as an additional insured on all insurance certificates except Workers' Compensation.
Include a 30-day cancellation notice to the Township on insurance certificates.
Submit a Statement of Corporate Ownership.
Submit a Non-Collusion Affidavit.
Comply with the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990.
Obtain all necessary permits and licenses at the applicant's expense.
Satisfy the Township of Cranford regarding experience, ability, and financial resources.
Furnish all necessary vehicles, labor, and equipment for concession operation, installation, and removal.
Maintain all equipment in acceptable working condition, including Township-owned equipment.
Obtain written approval from the Township for any alterations or repairs to buildings or structures.
Maintain all premises and surrounding areas in a clean, orderly, and inviting condition.
Dispose of garbage in specified receptacles and areas.
Provide the Aquatics Manager with a key to the concession stand.
Comply with all health and fire regulations, including obtaining a retail food handling permit.
Maintain a clean and sanitary operation, including daily cleaning of counters, floors, and snack bar area.
Clean and maintain cooking exhaust fan filters and make alterations to the fire suppression system to meet fire code.
Submit a menu proposal offering a variety of ice cream, snacks, coffee, tea, soft drinks, and other packaged foods, with plentiful supply.
Post the menu with items and prices at the concession stand.
Provide professionally trained, adult-supervised staff at all times, with a minimum of two staff members during peak times.
Ensure at least one person 21 years or older is on premises to supervise during operating hours.
Ensure staff are appropriately attired and well-groomed.
Operate during specified hours (1/2 hour after pool opening, 1/2 hour before pool closing).
Obtain permission from the Director of Recreation for any schedule adjustments.
Do not close concession stands for rain without Aquatics Manager approval.
Open for Special Events if deemed desirable by the Aquatics Manager.

Bid submission packages will be available starting March 5th, 2026.

Bids will be received and publicly opened on March 26th, 2026 at 10:30 a.m.
