The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Commander, Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC) is seeking information from potential sources for the maintenance and support of the Concerto Critical Chain Multi Project Management (CCPM) application. This includes required services to maintain, deploy, and sustain the Concerto CCPM software at Navy Commander, Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC) sites such as FRC Southeast in Jacksonville, Florida and FRC Mid-Atlantic in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Additionally, vendors may be tasked to support special projects and provide implementation and training as needed.
The majority of work will be performed remotely at the contractor’s location, though temporary travel to specific Navy sites may be required in accordance with contract provisions. This follow-on contract is anticipated to be Firm Fixed Price, covering direct labor, annual maintenance for large sites, other direct costs, and contract data requirements. The previous contract incumbent is Realization Technologies, Inc., with a projected end date of May 31, 2026. The estimated offering period for this requirement is from June 1, 2026 to December 31, 2031.
