A vendor is sought to provide comprehensive concert promotional and management services for either a single event or a concert series spanning four to six months. Responsibilities include marketing and promotional efforts, developing financial models for artist booking (such as advancing deposits, underwriting fees, and financial responsibility for artist compensation), and recruiting performers.
The selected firm will be required to deliver a detailed programming vision that includes booking strategy, event scheduling, and overall concept, as well as a robust marketing plan targeting defined audiences through digital, social media, print, and media partnerships. Coordination with the relevant agency regarding branding is expected when using logos on marketing materials.
Additional responsibilities include management of logistics such as equipment, sound, lighting, staging, and staffing; provision of on-site and off-site event management; appointment of an on-site event manager for each event; and completion of financial reporting covering artist fees, production costs, and budget management. Identifying sponsorship opportunities and generating event-related revenue are also expected duties. The contract period is two years.
