Summer Heat #3 concerts are scheduled for September 12th, 2026 (Jb Mdl, NJ) and September 19th, 2026 (Dover Afb, DE).

Air Force Entertainment

The selected vendor will be responsible for providing comprehensive concert production support services, specifically meeting all performing artist requirements and overseeing logistics for touring productions. The contractor will work closely with both the production crew and Air Force personnel to ensure the production timeline is achieved and that all event objectives are met.
The contractor’s staff must assist with all aspects of event setup and teardown, including but not limited to staging, roofing, lighting, audio, video, backline, and crowd control. Key stage requirements include one hundred forty-two (142) Staging Concepts 8’x4’ decks, each rated for 150 lbs. per square foot, as well as full understructure support with matching scaffold frames and X braces. OSHA-compliant handrails are required for the stage and technical wings.
Production audio specifications require a pair of professional-grade sound boards with stage racks and a minimum of four DSP units, a tablet for Lake System control, eight channels of PSM 1000 with sixteen belt packs, twelve per side Clair C12 top boxes, ten CS218 subs for mains or monitors, and four FF2 for front fill. All necessary stage power cabling must also be provided.
