The State of Maryland is seeking a qualified IT consulting firm to provide services related to Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). The selected consulting firm will be responsible for supporting the agency in optimizing maintenance operations and asset management through ensuring data integrity, enhancing system functionality, and improving user proficiency.
Key responsibilities include assisting with the development and analysis of both standard and custom reports for agency management, supporting equipment and asset updates, facilitating data import and export, and streamlining the scheduling and distribution of preventative maintenance work orders. The consultant will also advise management on defining data reporting requirements to effectively evaluate key performance indicators, assist in the creation of a strategic training plan for both existing and new users, and contribute to the development of efficient inspection plans to maximize preparedness and customer service.
The engagement is set for a two-year contract period. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for January 8, 2026, and all questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted by January 26, 2026.
