South Carolina is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-hosted, integrated computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) with robust features and full mobile support. The desired solution should offer a network-based platform that supports maintenance operations, asset lifecycle management, facilities scheduling, inventory and materials management, safety documentation, comprehensive reporting, and efficient mobile field execution.
Key requirements include role-based security with configurable permissions, allowing District administrators to manage users, workflows, and settings independently. The system must feature defined cybersecurity controls, data integrity protocols, regular backup, and disaster recovery procedures. Unlimited uploading and management of documents, photos, videos, and attachments is required, with the ability to link files directly to assets, work orders, and facility use events.
The platform should provide advanced search and filtering capabilities across all modules, support integration with Esri ArcGIS and/or ArcGIS Indoors for spatial and asset referencing, and generate notifications via email, SMS, and push alerts. Custom and standard reporting with various export options (PDF, Excel, Word), full audit trails, browser accessibility, import of historical data, and native mobile applications for both iOS and Android are also required. Compatibility with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, along with QR and barcode scanning, are essential features for the successful solution.
