A municipality in British Columbia is seeking a vendor to implement a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to modernize its facilities maintenance operations. The objective is to enhance the management of city properties, improve preventative maintenance practices, and streamline the handling of work orders and service requests.
Currently, maintenance operations are coordinated through manual processes, paper records, and a general-purpose ticketing system that does not support maintenance or asset management functionalities.
