DESCRIPTION

A government authority in Washington seeks a vendor to provide computer technician services, covering a range of support and maintenance tasks for computers, printers, and related peripherals.

Services required include troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, maintaining and updating systems, network troubleshooting and basic configuration support, installing updates, patches, antivirus, and security software, data backup assistance and recovery, and guidance on cybersecurity best practices.
