Additionally, the vendor will support software solutions for the Health Department's inspection activities and for building department functions related to land use records and code enforcement documentation.
Other required services include supporting software for the municipal clerk’s office, specifically for indexing, managing open public records requests, processing citizens’ complaints, and facilitating the intake and tracking of appointments to municipal boards or agencies. The vendor will also be responsible for supporting software that manages landlord or tenant information and rent control documentation, ensuring a comprehensive and organized approach to municipal recordkeeping and compliance tasks.
